Michigan weather is crazy! I was there briefly in August (sadly for my cousin's funeral) and the weather was perfect- not humid at all. I remember terrible summers growing up where it was impossible to sleep because of the heat and winters where I would come in from playing with my hair frozen. I had a lot of fun though too. Summers at the lake and the pool were perfect and we went ice skating on the neighborhood pond in the winter. I'm not sure I could handle the weather there now as an adult though. I miss the Thunderstorms and the fall colors though.
